Outline Job Role:
The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in driving the recruitment function and ensuring a seamless end-to-end hiring process. This position involves supervising a small team of 23 recruiters coordinating closely with clients and ensuring that candidate assessments and interviews are conducted professionally and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision
Lead guide and mentor a team of 23 recruiters to ensure alignment with company targets and quality standards.
Monitor team performance provide coaching and ensure timely closure of positions.
Assist in capacity planning and workload distribution across the recruitment team.
Recruitment & Candidate Management
Oversee and execute the full recruitment cycle (sourcing screening interviewing and closing).
Conduct professional interviews ensuring candidates are assessed thoroughly against job requirements.
Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards social media referrals and headhunting).
Client Coordination & Management
Act as the main point of contact for client communication regarding open positions candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
Understand client requirements in detail and align recruitment efforts to meet expectations.
Provide weekly updates and feedback loops to clients and internal management.
Operational Excellence
Maintain high levels of data accuracy in recruitment trackers.
Always ensure confidentiality of candidate and client information.
Work in a target-driven environment and meet agreed KPIs.
Skill Requirement
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience leading a small team and driving performance.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Fluency in English is required.

Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field preferred with at least 4 years and above of experience in Recruitment.
Strong commitment to clients and candidates as evidenced by responsive well-crafted communications via email phone or in-person; must be customer service oriented
Ability to listen maintain flexibility meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
Desire to grow professionally within human resources function
Age Group: between 26 - 32 years preferred
