What We Need
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager (GovTech) to lead our business development and sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on managing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and planning to negotiation and closingwhile also ensuring the sales team is aligned and motivated. You will be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships driving revenue growth and ensuring our sales pipeline converts into successful deals.
What Youll Do
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification proposal preparation negotiations and closing deals.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to align priorities track performance and ensure pipeline visibility.
- Take ownership of sales cycle planning and forecasting.
- Ensure all opportunities and activities are accurately maintained in the CRM system.
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure smooth deal closure with government and enterprise clients.
- Work closely with technical sales and project management teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Manage mentor and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the Saudi GovTech sector.
What You Have
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager in GovTech or enterprise sales.
- Strong track record of closing deals and managing complex government contracts.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team with strong management and mentoring skills.
- Excellent negotiation presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid understanding of software projects cloud and infrastructure services.
- Native Arabic speaker with a strong contact network in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales or related field (Masters preferred).
