ملخص الوظيفة

Develop implement and monitor project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

Ensure compliance with project specifications codes standards and client requirements.

Conduct inspections on-site for materials workmanship and installations at various stages of construction.

Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Coordinate with the client consultants and subcontractors for quality-related issues and inspections.

Maintain proper documentation of quality records including test reports inspection records and material approvals.

Review and approve Method Statements Materials Submittals and other quality-related documents.

Support internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and responses.

Assist in training site staff and subcontractors on quality procedures and standards.

Monitor calibration records of testing and measuring equipment.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly QA/QC reports to management.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (depending on project scope).
5-10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering in the construction industry(mandatory)

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards and practices (e.g. ISO 9001).
Familiarity with construction standards (ASTM BS ACI etc.) and project specifications.
Strong knowledge of materials testing and inspection techniques.
Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.
Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
