JOB PURPOSE & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the supply of materials and manage all onshore and offshore logistics operations related to Major Projects. This includes overseeing material movement to and from vendor locations (procured by EPC contractors) managing warehouse transactions and ensuring successful handover of materials to Company Operations as per contractual commitments.
Key Accountabilities:
Act as the focal point for S4/HANA system changes and coordination until go-live for all project-related activities.
Manage the material handover from all EPC contractors to Company including capital spares special tools material handling equipment operating and maintenance spares commissioning spares and project surplus materials.
Follow up with EPC contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of material handover scope.
Oversee in-country logistics activities to meet project material objectives and ensure proper preservation of critical materials at vendor and contractor premises.
Support the operations team in the integration of spare parts into company stock systems.
Coordinate with warehouse and stock control teams to ensure timely material movement and compliance with standards.
Develop cross-functional material management tools and activities in collaboration with departments such as Contracts & Procurement Engineering Maintenance and Quality Control.
Assist EPC contractors when short of spare parts by assessing availability in company stock and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Provide quantitative data and updates for progress and logistics reports.
Maintain safety cost and schedule objectives while ensuring efficient material management.
ACTIVITIES
Promote and comply with HSE standards and company safety procedures across all logistics activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies standards laws and best industry practices.
Participate in project meetings (KOM weekly monthly) and anticipate logistics concerns with resolution plans.
Support contractor and vendor mobilization during all project phases.
Coordinate the implementation of project HSE and QA/QC processes to ensure materials meet project specifications.
Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Lead problem-solving and crisis management efforts for logistics and material-related issues.
Support local content initiatives and mentor local staff to develop skills and competencies.
Coordinate closely with QA/QC Engineering Construction and Commissioning teams.
Participate in crisis response and emergency preparedness activities when required.
Material Logistics & Handover Activities:
Manage material logistics between contractors suppliers and in-country warehouses to ensure readiness for project handover.
Align material priorities per package execution requirements.
Ensure contractor and subcontractor coordination for timely material delivery.
Liaise with internal departments to locate materials or services on an urgent basis.
Manage surplus and scrap materials in coordination with project teams ensuring proper handover or disposal.
Develop and enhance handover processes for capital spares operating spares special tools and project leftovers.

EPCIC 12 (Riser Platform): 22000t topsides with bridge-linked production and seawater treatment facilities budget approx. USD 1.4B.
EPCIC 13 (Central Processing Platform): 28000t topsides 200-pax Living Quarters flare tripod and bridge connections budget approx. USD 1.3B (excluding LQ).
Ruya NFL Project: Fiber optics interconnection between offshore field and HQ CAPEX approx. USD 25M.
New Living Quarters (NLQ): Offshore accommodation with helideck utilities and bridge connections to CPP.
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the Interface and Supply Chain Manager Major Projects.
