The Head of Product is responsible for leading a team of designers and engineers in the architectural product design process across all project parcelsfrom pre-concept through IFC stage including site and procurement support. This role ensures the integration and coordination of all product-related disciplines: Architecture Structure MEP and Interior Design maintaining consistency quality and design intent.
The role also leads the development of all launch materials supports CRM integration and manages a dedicated internal team to coordinate product development design reviews and cross-disciplinary alignment.
The Head of Product reports to the Head of Design & Engineering and works closely with the Head of Design Management and Head of Place making.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in in Architecture Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum 16-22 years of experience in Product Development (Built form).
Strong background in Architecture Structure and MEP with prior experience in a consultancy environment (not a real estate developer).
Clear communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders ensuring smooth negotiations and solutions.
Focus on client needs and concerns offering appropriate solutions while maintaining positive relationships.
Ability to lead and guide a small team fostering motivation and efficiency.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and optimize collections efforts.
Fluency in English is a must.
