1. Administrative Support:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Meetings: Arrange and manage meetings including scheduling preparing agendas
  • and taking minutes.
  • Maintain Project Documentation: Organize and update project documents such as plans reports presentations
  • and meeting minutes.
  • Track Project Budget: Assist in tracking project expenses monitoring budget variances and preparing budget
  • reports.
  • Manage Project Communications: Help facilitate communication between the project team stakeholders and
  • other departments.
2. Project Planning & Execution Support:
  • Assist in Project Planning: Contribute to the development of project plans including timelines resource
  • allocation and risk assessments.
  • Support Task Assignments: Help assign tasks to team members and track their progress.
  • Coordinate Resources: Assist in the procurement and allocation of necessary resources such as equipment
  • software and personnel.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Help track project progress against the plan and identify potential roadblocks.
3. Issue & Risk Management Support:
  • Identify and Log Issues: Help identify and log project issues and risks.
  • Assist in Risk Mitigation: Support the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
  • Track and Resolve Issues: Help track and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
4. Quality Assurance Support:
  • Assist in Quality Control: Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Support Testing Activities: Assist in coordinating and conducting testing activities.
5. Stakeholder Management Support:
  • Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Help build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communicate Project Updates: Assist in communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders.


Requirements

Skills :
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project Jira or Asana.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems effectively.
