Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Master s preferred).
10 years of progressive HR management experience in retail ideally across multi-branch operations.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Proven leadership and ability to influence at senior management level.
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational development skills.
