Job Summary :
Responsible for managing all branch operations driving sales ensuring customer satisfaction and leading a team to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities :
Oversee all daily operations of the branch including sales customer service and team management.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track branch performance and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Hire train and mentor branch staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on branch performance and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or diploma.
- 9 years previous work experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
