- Support the Security Manager in supervising daily security operations.
- Monitor and control access to the property ensuring only authorized persons enter restricted areas.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Assist in the implementation of emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain accurate records reports and logs related to security activities.
- Oversee and review CCTV alarm systems and other security equipment.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and report potential safety and security risks.
- Respond promptly to incidents accidents and emergencies and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Assist in training employees on security and safety awareness.
- Liaise with local law enforcement or emergency services when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies brand standards and relevant legal requirements
- Following up on the Security company invoices and the documents
