Qualifications/certifications/skillset :
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or related fields preferred.
- Prior experience in legal case management auctions or asset liquidation is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of court procedures legal documentation and auction regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with auction technologies and online bidding platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stakes transactions.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Auction Preparation & Compliance:
- Coordinate with legal authorities to verify case details and auction eligibility.
- Ensure all assets are legally documented and comply with court rulings.
- Prepare auction catalogs detailing asset descriptions and valuations.
- Set up auction venues or online bidding platforms ensuring all technical and administrative requirements are met.
Bidder Registration & Management:
- Oversee the registration process for bidders ensuring compliance with court-set eligibility criteria.
- Verify bidder credentials and handle deposit requirements.
- Provide guidance on auction rules and legal requirements to participants.
- Manage communication with interested buyers before during and after the auction.
Auction Execution & Monitoring:
- Supervise live and online auction events ensuring smooth execution.
- Record bids accurately and confirm final transactions.
- Work closely with auctioneers and legal representatives to maintain transparency. Function / Department

Post-Auction Processing & Asset Transfer:
- Coordinate asset handover and necessary legal documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of auction outcomes for reporting to court authorities.
- Assist in resolving any post-auction disputes or clarifications.

Achieve 100% compliance in all auction transactions and documentation
Ensure 0 delays in auction scheduling due to documentation or setup errors
Maintain 100% verification of all assets and bidders before auction day

100% of assets and bidders fully verified prior to auction 48 hours of average time to process payments and finalize bid acceptance
