We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our HR Outsourcing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR services including recruitment payroll personnel affairs and training
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and driving growth. This role will require strategic thinking excellent communication skills and the ability to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of businesses.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities trends and potential clients in the HR outsourcing industry.
- Generate leads through networking referrals industry events and digital marketing efforts. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their HR needs and propose tailored outsourcing solutions.
- Develop and present proposals and service agreements to clients. Negotiate terms and contracts to close deals effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in business development sales or a related role preferably in HR outsourcing or HR services.
- Strong understanding of HR outsourcing services (e.g. recruitment payroll training compliance).
- Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Positive attitude detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Strong decision-making organizational planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
