Our client is a well known upscale casual restaurant brand opening its new branch in Erbil.
The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage and a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike. You will also be required to manage train and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. A natural leader you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation with a hands-on approach and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with employees on preparation guest profile service and menu served
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Manage and lead the restaurant team
- Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Comply with fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards
Qualifications
- Experience in standalone restaurant concepts is strongly preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- Ability to multi-task organize and prioritize work
- Able to meet financial targets
- Strong leadership motivational and people skills
- Proficiency in Arabic & French languages preferred
