We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. As a Restaurant Supervisor you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our restaurant ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Lead and support the restaurant team including scheduling training and performance management
- Manage inventory place orders for supplies and maintain accurate records
- Ensure consistent food and beverage quality by adhering to established standards and procedures
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive dining experience
- Implement and enforce safety and security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food preparation and service processes
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving strategies
- Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and health codes.

- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
