ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeler with strong expertise in developing detailed MEP models and preparing coordinated shop drawings for a large-scale stadium project. The candidate will be responsible for creating updating and coordinating 3D BIM models ensuring design accuracy constructability and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop update and maintain MEP BIM models (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Firefighting) in accordance with project requirements
- Prepare and deliver detailed coordinated shop drawings for MEP systems (HVAC electrical plumbing firefighting drainage etc.) specific to stadium project needs.
- Perform clash detection and coordination with structural architectural and other disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications local codes and international standards.
- Coordinate with design consultants engineers and site teams for technical clarifications and modifications.
- Produce fabrication-ready drawings and assist in material quantity extraction (BOQ).
- Maintain documentation revisions and drawing registers as per project standards.
- Support the technical team with BIM 4D/5D integration if required for stadium project reporting.

Ensure timely submission of shop drawings to meet project deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 3-7 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler preferably on stadium sports facilities or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP AutoCAD Navisworks (and other BIM coordination tools).
Strong knowledge of MEP systems shop drawing standards and detail
- Good understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) LOD standards and clash detection workflows.
- Experience in stadium-scale coordination including complex seating lighting HVAC and firefighting layouts.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate outputs within tight timelines.

Previous involvement in stadium or large sports facility projects.
