ملخص الوظيفة
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer MEP to support ongoing construction projects in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems and MEP coordination within largescale building and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review mechanical drawings specifications and project requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants subcontractors and internal teams for all mechanical works including HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Supervise onsite mechanical installations to ensure adherence to approved plans and timelines.
- Participate in technical meetings and resolve MEPrelated issues with stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of mechanical material submittals method statements and shop drawings.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and report to the MEP Manager or Project Engineer.
- Support testing commissioning and handover procedures of mechanical systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 5 8 years of experience in MEP roles within the construction industry preferably in the GCC.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC plumbing fire protection etc..
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE NFPA SMACNA etc..
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other MEP design and coordination tools; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
- Excellent communication coordination and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Transferable Iqama is an advantage (for candidates already in KSA).
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
