About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps and mechanical systems in residential commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in the FM (Facility Management) industry.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of pumps (centrifugal submersible booster circulation).
Troubleshoot mechanical issues such as shaft misalignment bearing failures seal leaks vibration and noise.
Dismantle repair and reassemble pumps and related components (impellers seals couplings).
Conduct pump performance tests and efficiency checks.
Monitor pump operation parameters and report abnormalities.
Assist in installation commissioning and alignment of new pump systems.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all tasks.

Requirements

Diploma or ITI Certificate in Mechanical or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in the FM (Facility Management) industry.
Strong knowledge of pump systems mechanical tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to safety and quality standards.
