Manage and coordinate complex newbusiness bids RFPs and tendersfor Marsh IMPACT.
Produce highquality reports literature and presentationsto support sales and retention.

We will count on you to:
Write original proposal and presentation contentfor RFP responses tailored to the readers needs with oversight from senior colleagues.
Review draftsfrom team contributors for clarity conciseness logic flow tone completeness accuracy precision consistency and credibility.
Participate in strategy discussionson operating company differentiators for specific opportunities.
Research and integrate operatingcompany informationinto proposals and presentations using internal resources and tools.
Create templatesfor proposals and presentations following predefined formatting standards.
Manage the proposal/presentation development processby developing work plans and schedules for typical RFP projects.
Assess Requests for Proposalsto ensure full understanding of submission requirements.
Formulate opportunity strategyworking closely with Client Managers and consulting teams to identify client/prospect business drivers and create the optimal communication strategy theme and graphic approach.
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree.
Knowledge of relevant insurers thirdparty service providers and their products/services;awareness of competitors and their strengths/weaknesses.
Understanding of Marsh McLennan industry sectors.
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
