Key Responsibilities

Create original engaging content tailored for TikTok and Instagram (Reels Stories Static Posts and Live sessions).
Develop shoot concepts and content ideas that reflect the brands tone aesthetic and marketing goals.
Work closely with the marketing and visual merchandising teams to support product drops promotions and seasonal pushes.
Stay ahead of trends challenges and viral formats popular in fashion and lifestyle.
Produce a high volume of content with a quick turnaround without compromising quality.
Monitor content performance and adjust creative strategies based on reach engagement and conversions.

Requirements

23 years of content creation experience ideally in fashion retail or lifestyle.
A portfolio of TikTok/Instagram content youve created (please share links or samples).
Strong eye for visual storytelling you can shoot and edit using mobile and desktop tools (e.g. CapCut InShot Adobe Premiere Canva).
Comfortable in front of the camera and/or guiding models during shoots.
Ability to blend creative ideas with performance data and brand guidelines.
Solid understanding of social media KPIs and content optimization strategies.
