Compliance: Ensure HR policies contracts and processes comply with labor law and internal regulations.
Benefits Administration: Support medical insurance allowances and other employee benefits.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR data and prepare regular reports for management.
Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies processes or benefits.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in HR operations and workflows.
Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives that promote employee engagement wellbeing and a positive workplace culture.
