Foreground is recruiting a delivery-focused and detail-obsessed Senior Project Manager on behalf of a global events agency launching its Saudi operations. This role will lead the execution of large-scale event projects ensuring end-to-end delivery across planning budgeting supplier management and internal coordination while maintaining the creative and experiential integrity of the concept.

Reporting to the Director of Events & Production this is a senior delivery role for someone who can lead with precision adapt quickly to shifting client needs and bring control to fast-paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project management from client brief to final delivery overseeing planning timelines milestones logistics and post-event debriefs.
Coordinate across internal teams creative content production technical to ensure aligned and timely delivery.
Develop detailed project scopes budgets schedules and status reports.
Serve as the day-to-day client liaison for project execution managing approvals risks and scope changes.
Oversee on-site delivery setup and breakdown across events exhibitions or public activations.
Manage suppliers fabricators and freelancers to deliver on time and on budget.

Ideal Profile

10 years in project management within the events experiential or brand activation space.
Proven success delivering multi-stakeholder large-format projects in Saudi Arabia.
Bilingual Arabic/English preferred.
PMI PMP or other certification is a plus.
