Foreground is partnering with a major giga-project organisation in Riyadh to identify a Senior Procurement Manager who will lead procurement strategies across complex high-value development portfolios. The organisation is scaling rapidly and they require someone who can manage global vendors optimise sourcing processes and ensure commercial discipline across multi-billion-dollar project pipelines.
The successful candidate brings extensive experience in procurement management within construction mega-projects EPC or large-scale infrastructure development. They must demonstrate strong negotiation skills supplier governance expertise contract management capability and a solid understanding of international procurement standards. An analytical mindset commercial awareness and the ability to operate under demanding timelines are critical to success.
