ملخص الوظيفة

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using planning tools Primavera P6 and MS-Project.
Analyze project timelines identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize project execution
Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to gather and incorporate project requirements into schedules
Seeking to get authorization/approval for the Baseline Schedule (go ahead).
Monitor project progress update schedules and report on variances to key stakeholders
Perform resource allocation and optimization to ensure efficient utilization of personnel and equipment
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays
Prepare and present periodic reports on project status including earned value analysis and key performance indicators
Assist in the development of project budgets and cost estimates
Participate in project meetings and provide insights on schedule-related matters
Ensure compliance with project deadlines quality standards and contractual obligations
Maintaining high quality documents and records
Visit the project site to get actual progress data.
Conducts project team progress meetings (Internal and External)
Communicate project schedule and reports in both directions (Internal and External)
Create a draft extension of time if necessary.

Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management or PMI-SP.
2-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling preferably in construction engineering or infrastructure projects
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
Strong knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation techniques
Expertise in resource allocation and optimization
Experience in cost estimation and budgeting.
The ability to draft extension of time (Analysis and Narrative)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
