Wind Integrated Solutions Oracle Partner in Egypt KSA & UAE is looking for a Technical Software Project Manager to join their team.
Wind Integrated Solutions is Software Development Company that provides technology services business automation and business digitalization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Identify and define requirements scope and objectives of the projects.
- Develop project plans risk plans and mitigation plans.
- Construct detailed work plans to ensure the best resource utilizations.
- Assist in assigning project roles tasks and estimated times to the dedicated team members and monitor their working hours using PM tools.
- Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed organized and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.
- Submit monthly and weekly status reports both internally to stakeholders and externally to the clients.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels.
- Detect and analyze project risks and problems as-well-as provide proper solutions.
- Organize attend and participate in meetings with the clients and send MOM to them.
- Modify project plan according to any changes that occur.
- Track overall progress and accomplishment of projects milestones and ensure project deadlines are met successfully.
- Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure the quality of projects deliverables.
- Assist in delivering completed software products to the clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide support to project managers management & team members when requested.
- Motivate project team members and facilitate their job.
- Research new tools technologies regarding project management.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business administration management or a related field.
Scrum Master certified.
- Project management certification (PMP)
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Software or technology background is a must
