Job Purpose

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting hardware and software issues maintaining IT systems and ensuring smooth daily operations for end-users.

Key Responsibilities

Install configure and maintain computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
Respond promptly to service issues and requests raised by users.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware software and network problems.
Set up user accounts permissions and passwords.
Provide technical support across the company (in person via phone or remotely).
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Perform regular system backups and data recovery processes.
Assist in IT asset management and maintain up-to-date IT inventory.
Support the rollout of new applications and system upgrades.
Liaise with external vendors for IT equipment and services when required.
