What youll do:
Handle customer inquiries via phone providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Collaborate with your team to meet service goals.
Requirements
Who were looking for:
At least 6 months of experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and active listening skills (Arabic and English proficiency is a must).
Bonus: A college degree in Software IT Computer Science or a related field is preferred!
A positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
