Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): End-to-end implementation including schema design (XDM) data ingestion (batch streaming edge) identity resolution audience segmentation and real-time profile Journey Optimizer (AJO): Designing and deploying personalized customer journeys triggered activations and multi-channel campaign Analytics & Data Layer: Implementing tagging strategies using Adobe Launch or Web SDK enhancing digital data layers (e.g. ACDL) and integrating analytics for performance dashboards deriving actionable insights and integrating with RT-CDP for unified customer views. Leading phased transitions from legacy systems (e.g. Oracle Responsys CDP) to AEP including campaign migration API redirects and decommissioning strategies
