ملخص الوظيفة
MEP Modeler is responsible for creating accurate 3D models of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems using BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD MEP or Navisworks. The role requires close coordination with design teams consultants and other stakeholders to ensure all MEP elements are accurately represented and clash-free within the overall project model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architectural structural and other trade models to identify and resolve clashes.
- Develop and update 3D models of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems using Revit or other BIM tools.
- Interpret MEP drawings and specifications to accurately model systems.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and incorporate changes as required.

Produce shop drawings coordination drawings and as-built models as needed.

Maintain model accuracy and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with design intent and project standards.

Maintain project documentation and file organization as per company BIM standards.

Assist in creating and maintaining BIM families and content libraries.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
- 5 years of experience in MEP modeling using Revit AutoCAD MEP Navisworks or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems and components.
- Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and BIM collaboration tools (e.g. BIM 360 Navisworks Manage).

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
