Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a robust corporate marketing strategy and integrate AI-powered tools and platforms that support brand growth market positioning and business development goals.
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Brand Management:
- Guard and evolve the companys brand identity voice and visual guidelines across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency in all internal and external communications.
- Content and Campaigns:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing content marketing social media email marketing and events.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality engaging content.
- Collaborate with product sales and other internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials that support their objectives.
- Explore and leverage AI for content creation optimization to scale content efforts improve relevance and drive engagement.
- Implement AI-driven personalization and automation techniques across campaigns (email social media web) to deliver highly targeted messages and improve customer experience
- Digital Marketing & SEO:
- Utilize AI-driven analytics and insights to refine SEO strategies monitor search trends and adapt to algorithm changes for maximized online visibility.
- Oversee the application of AI tools for campaign performance analysis A/B testing and predictive modeling to optimize digital advertising spend and lead generation efforts.
- Public Relations & Communications:
- Manage corporate communications media relations and public relations efforts to enhance the companys reputation and secure positive media coverage.
- Develop crisis communication plans and manage responses as needed.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing and branding roles preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing strategies that have driven measurable results.
- Experience managing all facets of corporate marketing including digital marketing content social media PR and events.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools to track engagements and conversions.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.
