Maa-Althahab is a Subsidiary brand from MAISON DE MAA Group a leading and most famous fragrance brand in the Middle East and Africa. Founded in 2006 the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes which match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with team leads and stakeholders to identify gaps and priorities.
Design and deliver on-the-job training classroom sessions and online learning programs tailored to business needs.
Perform coaching sessions to reinforce learning and support development.
Conduct training audits to ensure consistency quality and effectiveness.
Extract and analyze training audit findings to continuously improve content and delivery.
Develop training materials including presentations handouts and job aids.
Evaluate training outcomes using feedback tools assessments and performance indicators.
Maintain accurate training records and reports for tracking and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
Proven Experience as a Sales Trainer.
Strong presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
TOT (Training of Trainers) certification is a plus.
2 to 3 years of experience in retail or sales training is mandatory.
Strong facilitation communication and coaching skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel); familiarity with e-learning tools.
Must be available for business travel across Egypt and abroad.
