Job Description:
This position is part of a small but impactful team supporting internal SaaS platforms used by developers. It is not a typical support role strategic thinking proactive improvements and customer advocacy are key.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 13 operational support for internal dev-focused SaaS products.
- Investigate and resolve data integrity integration and usability issues.
- Collaborate with developers team leads and application owners.
- Monitor application health (alerting availability incident response).
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with internal clients.
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights.
- Drive operational excellence via automation documentation and process improvements.
Requirements
- 5 years in technical support DevOps or software engineering.
- Experience with software development tools (Git CI/CD observability platforms).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments (APIs integrations data pipelines).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to support cross-time-zone teams.
- Familiarity with logs metrics monitoring tools and root cause analysis.
- Customer-first mindset.
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI/ML tools especially LLMs and RAG-based systems.
- Familiarity with developer productivity metrics or engineering enablement platforms.
- Experience with internal tools or platform engineering teams.
Contributions to internal documentation or enablement initiatives
