Job Description :
The Project Manager in Wealth Management is responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of various digital initiatives within the wealth management division of an organization. This role involves working closely with various teams including Product owners developers technology compliance marketing and senior management to ensure initiatives are completed on time within scope and on budget. The individual must possess excellent organizational communication and leadership skills to drive the success of initiatives that support the businesss strategic objectives.
For new initiatives define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with squad members and stakeholders.
Create an executive summary and lead the RFP process for vendor finalization
Develop detailed user stories including timelines dependencies to ensure backlog are created and updated Identify and secure necessary approvals both internal and external to ensure project success. Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in finance business administration or a related field (required).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in agile working environment within the financial services sector preferably in wealth management.
Experience in Crypto and FX Trading platforms.
Professional agile management certification is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of wealth management products services and industry regulations.
Proficiency in agile management tools (e.g. Azure JIRA).
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
