The opportunity:
The recruitment landscape is changing rapidly in response to an increasingly connected and technology driven world. To ensure we are equipped to capitalize on this evolution EY is expanding our Talent Attraction and Acquisition function to ensure we continue to engage attract and retain the worlds most exceptional and diverse talent. The Global Talent Attraction (GTA) team has been created to deliver a globally integrated agile and insights driven approach to talent discovery and sourcing. We aim to bringing EYs culture values and opportunities to life in the talent market enabling us to deliver on the exceptional EY experience. The GTA team will collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition teams to identify and engage talent for experienced level roles
The Talent Attraction Lead will form part of the team supporting Talent Attraction and Acquisition delivery as part of GTA acting as a key collaboration point with Regional Recruitment teams for their portfolio. Supported by the Center based teams of TA specialists you will lead the development of innovative talent attraction and sourcing strategies for your portfolio and drive a culture of candidate and user centricity in the delivery teams and world class sourcing execution.
This TA role acts as a POC for recruitment (talent acquisition) team members but also works closely with the business stakeholders collaborating to drive consistency in workforce planning activities and acting as a key interface point for these stakeholders to the GTA team. You will provide regular updates and metrics to recruitment and business stakeholders including monthly and quarterly reviews for your portfolio. You will have both hands on sourcing accountability to support to high priority roles as needed and work in collaboration with the TA Centre teams to guide and shape the Talent attraction and sourcing approach. This role ensures the team meet the needs of the hiring demand for the agreed roles supported by GTA in their designated competencies and service lines.
