What will you be doing
- Coordinate import and export shipments including documentation and compliance.
- Communicate with freight forwarders carriers and customs brokers.
- Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Manage HTS classification INCOTERMS and country of origin details
- Track shipments and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

Requirements :
- BA degree in international business logistics supply chain or related field
- 2 years of experience in import/export coordination or international logistics
- Data-oriented high analytics capabilities
- Knowledge of Customs regulations HTS codes Incoterms and trade compliance
- Experience with ERP particularly with Oracle will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- High-level English - reading writing and speaking
