الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead train and supervise the pastry team for high performance.
- Design seasonal innovative pastry menus for all dining outlets and events.
- Stay updated on pastry trends and introduce fresh ideas.
- Customize menus for VIP services weddings and special events.
- Ensure consistent quality taste and presentation of all pastry items.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in storage and handling.
- Conduct regular quality checks across pastry production.
- Manage budget and control food costs efficiently.
- Oversee inventory ordering and procurement of ingredients and tools.
- Analyze sales and forecast demand to optimize production.
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure exceptional pastry experiences.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Qualifications :
- Experience in European kitchen as preferred with expertise in pastry techniques chocolate work sugar art and bakery production with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Efficient organized and budget-conscious.
- Knowledgeable in food safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
