d- Approval of monthly payrolls Vacation settlements & claims
a- Managing & Verifying the Co. online payment through SABB & NCB online systems
b- Managing the Monthly Payroll (on time Preparation & Payments)
c- Observe and get report from payroll section head on every month department wise figure deviation and take refer to concerns with corrective steps if needed.
d- Identify establish build and maintain effective network links and relationships with key internal and external departments to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
e- Ensure appropriate training and development programs are establishment and implemented to build individuals and teams technical competencies and abilities.
f- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
g- Preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances initiating corrective actions.
h- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses coordinating the collection consolidation and evaluation of financial data preparing special reports.
i- Take part in monitory target allocation meetings of income generating departments and putting hand of experience on it.
j- Putting experience hands on companies Bidding or other financial expertise where it is needed.
k- Evaluating monitory contributions of departments and give necessary recommendations.
l- Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
m- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
n- Keeping liaison with Internal & External Auditor of on time provision of requirements & getting of reports.
o- Actively take part in companies project oriented pre arrangement of fund management.
A Multidisciplinary Group for oil & gas projects in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire " Finance manger " have the follwoing :
Masters or MBA in finance Administration or Management
Minimum Experience
10 years 7 years in managerial roll from the same industry (from oil and gas is a plus)
