Automotive Finance Manager
Are you a dynamic and experienced finance professional with a passion for the automotive industry Are you skilled in managing financial operations and delivering exceptional customer service If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Automotive Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of automotive financing and leasing operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive rates and terms for customers.
Review credit applications and evaluate customers financial information to determine creditworthiness.
Present financing options to customers and provide detailed explanations of terms interest rates and payment schedules.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Work closely with sales staff to structure deals and maximize profitability.
Coordinate the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Monitor and analyze market trends competitor offerings and customer preferences to develop innovative financing strategies.
Train and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Automotive sales experience required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance or a similar role preferred.
Strong understanding of automotive financing products and services.
Proficient in financial analysis and risk assessment.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in using finance and accounting software.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Leadership and team management abilities.
