- Coordinate the planning execution and evaluation of training programs (content preparation trainer communication program development).
- Review and provide professional feedback on training materials (textual content and video).
- Prepare and organize accreditation files and documentation for submission to official authorities.
- Represent the organization in external meetings and manage communication with partners and vendors.
- Work directly on the execution of tasks not only administrative coordination.
- Utilize and manage training operations through ZOHO apps or similar systems (e.g. ZOHO Projects CRM Creator Forms)
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Education HR or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination or learning & development roles.
- Prior hands-on experience in designing or reviewing training content (written and/or video).
- Proven experience in managing projects via ZOHO platform or similar tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with official accreditation processes is a plus.
- Proficient in digital tools and collaborative platforms.
