Requirements
Strategic & Brand Alignment
Create brand strategies that support business goals and market trends
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Partner with marketing product and creative teams on launches and campaigns
Operational Execution
Manage timelines and workflows for launches and campaigns
Oversee production of brand assets (packaging displays POS)
Analyze performance data to refine execution and improve efficiency
Cross-Functional Leadership
Align efforts across R&D supply chain and customer service
Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations
Lead agency vendor relationships to uphold brand quality
Market & Trend Awareness
Track competitors and anticipate market shifts
Provide insights from consumer and retail feedback to drive innovation
