Role Summary
We are looking to grow our Content Operations team. The role will work with all tribes of Product & Tech focusing on the wellbeing of our content. Working with the Content Studio team closely the role entails:
- End to end facilitation of all content processes on and off the app
- Configuration of the content once assets and copies are finalized and ready to go
- Increasing content quality by ensuring content adheres to guidelines
Whats On Your Plate
- Oversee the quality assurance checks on all content channeled through our app
- Identify trends and themes in the way we operate content and how to improve further operationally
- Optimize products post rollout to drive continuous improvement
- Aligning with stakeholders by driving the circulation of Product & Tech and Brand deliverables
- Ensure functional teams and business stakeholders are aligned to the objectives of your products
- Surface insights to Product and Tech and advise further product improvement

- Minimum 1 years of experience in operations business operations consulting product product operations or similar role.
- Ability to multitask.
- Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity.
- Strong team player with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
- Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to prioritise demands in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
- Strong English skills in both written and verbal communication.
