Were looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join Base44 AI-powered creation platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape the growth engine of a new product thats changing the world. This role is perfect for someone whos passionate about marketing obsessed with performance and excited to make a big impact. Were moving fast growing fast and need someone who can keep up and lead the this role you will:
Own and lead user acquisition strategy across Meta YouTube Google Search and other key channels and use data to push performance forward and fast
Build and manage high-performing campaigns across the entire funnel
Test and iterate on creative assets to improve performance
Analyze data to identify insights optimize spend and improve efficiency
Collaborate with our in-house creative studio and product teams
Drive growth loops segmentation strategies and performance-driven experimentation
Qualifications :
1 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta YouTube Google Search and more
Proven track record of scaling acquisition efforts and consistently hitting growth KPIs
Sharp analytical mindset with strong experience using data to drive decisions
Deep understanding of audience targeting bidding strategies and creative performance
Skilled in building optimizing and managing full-funnel campaigns
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-autonomy environment
Experience with UGC landing page testing and iterative creative processes an advantage
