Wolt License Services (WLS) is a dynamic payments compliance organization specializing for payment and financial services for our parent company Wolt a prominent platform marketplace. At the moment WLS handles all merchant payment flows in our 20 EEA markets and ensures compliance with various regulatory requirements such as AML and safeguarding of customers funds. As a supervised payment institution we have heavy requirements on us while we aim to have the most streamlined structured and customer friendly processes providing value to our clients partners and Wolt group.
As we expand our operations to Israel we seek a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join our Israeli entity as a Compliance Officer. Reporting to the Managing Director Payments individual will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with regulatory requirements in Israel in close co-operation with European colleagues. This includes overseeing and implementing local Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs regulatory reporting and intra-group outsourcing arrangements. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Israeli financial regulations experience in a financial institution and the ability to work effectively with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
Excited by growth and continuous progress of the payment institution business evolving regulation analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills go a long way. On top of mastering regulatory compliance this role involves building and maintaining successful relationships with internal stakeholders both in HQ and local teams. Furthermore the role will set the blueprint for the future operational compliance organization in Israel while being hands-on in reporting and other operational tasks so the ability to manage multiple priorities while working autonomously and meticulously is a must.
