Facilities Accountant / CAFM Coordinator
Responsible for managing FM-related finances including budgeting invoicing and cost tracking. Also supports operations by maintaining accurate records in the CAFM system generating reports and contributing to proposal costing service analytics and commercial presentations.
Skills/Competencies/ Experience
- Graduate in Accounting Finance or Commerce is a must. 5 years of experience in OMAN FM finance and accounting functions.
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally QuickBooks SAP or similar) and advanced MS Excel.
- Experience with CAFM platforms (FSI Planon Maximo Archibus etc.).
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001 and VAT/invoicing regulations is a plus.
- Gulf Light Vehicle Driving License is an added advantage.
- Excellent financial reporting cost control and reconciliation skills.
- Familiarity with vendor billing OPEX/CAPEX allocation and FM budgeting.
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities with technical and procurement teams.
- Communication skills in English (Oral and Written); other languages are a plus.
- Must support business development by preparing budget proposals commercial analysis client costing breakdowns and financial presentations for new contracts or tenders.
