Executive Assistant

About the role:

Were looking for a proactive highly organized Executive Assistant to partner with Forters CTO and SVP BizDev in a fast-paced global environment.

This role blends high-level executive support with hands-on involvement in strategic projects leadership coordination and event support giving you the opportunity to contribute directly to Forters pace innovation and success.

What youll be doing:

• Anticipate needs and proactively manage complex fast-changing calendars ensuring our executives are where they need to be prepared and on time.
• Prepare and support the creation of documents reports and occasional presentations for leadership initiatives.
• Work closely with the CTOs direct reports (VP-level) to coordinate follow-ups and track action items from leadership meetings ensuring decisions are executed and progress is visible.
• Coordinate meetings workshops global events and cross-team projects from early planning to smooth delivery.
• Manage domestic and international travel logistics including flights hotels and itineraries.
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper handling sensitive information with discretion and confidence.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels representing Forter with professionalism and warmth.
• Support company-wide cultural activities all-hands meetings and team-building events.
• Assist with operational needs including liaising with office management and vendors.

What youll need:

• 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior executives ideally in a fast-paced tech company.
• Excellent English both written and spoken and strong interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly when plans change.
• Initiative and follow-through in ensuring commitments are tracked and delivered.
• Comfort working across time zones with global stakeholders.
• A positive can-do attitude that makes people enjoy working with you.
