Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain high-quality web applications across the stack developing responsive frontend components in React and scalable backend services in Python (Django/DRF) with a strong emphasis on performance maintainability and user experience.
- Lead the integration of AI-powered features including LLM-based capabilities into user-facing products through effective prompt engineering and system design.
- Own architectural and tooling decisions contributing to long-term technical planning system scalability and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design and Engineering to deliver features that are both functional and delightful aligning technical solutions with business goals.
- Write clean testable and reusable code contribute to shared libraries and frameworks and help shape a high-ownership engineering culture in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements :
- 6 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong track record of building and scaling production systems end-to-end.
- Proficiency in Python (backend) and React (frontend) including designing scalable APIs background processes and user-facing applications.
- Hands-on experience with system and database design (SQL/NoSQL) including optimization for performance data integrity and scalability.
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI-powered features into applications including practical understanding of prompt engineering.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to take full ownership of features from design to deployment.
