We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our team at our prestigious resort in Doha Qatar. As a Kids Club Attendant you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our young guests ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their stay.
- Lead and actively participate in engaging activities within the Kids Club program
- Ensure all activities are performed according to the resorts policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean safe and well-organized Kids Club area
- Supervise children during games and fun activities prioritizing their safety at all times
- Develop and implement age-appropriate creative activities that cater to diverse cultural backgrounds
- Communicate effectively with children parents and colleagues
- Report any issues injuries or accidents to the Kids Club Supervisor immediately
- Assist in planning and executing special events and themed activities
- Maintain accurate attendance records and activity logs
- Adapt to changing situations and guest needs with a positive flexible attitude
- Incorporate local Qatari culture and traditions into activities when appropriate
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position preferably in an international luxury brand
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous
- Demonstrated creativity patience and experience in caring for children
- Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Familiarity with child safety regulations in Qatar
- Understanding of local Qatari culture and customs
- A relevant qualification in childcare early childhood education or a related field is desirable
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of child safety and well-being
