- Identify and approach potential customers through direct prospecting cold calling and networking.
- Present and promote products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver quotations proposals and product presentations.
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales activities and pipeline updates.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials to support sales initiatives.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs problems interests and potential new products.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and handle after-sales support as needed.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing Business Administration Procurement Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
- Experience in selling ICT products printer accessories or office supplies is a strong advantage.
- Must be well spoken in English and Kiswahili.
- Must be presentable and professional in appearance and conduct at all times.
