الوصف الوظيفي
As a Design Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the full development cycle of plastic components from concept through industrialization. You will lead the design of complex mechanical systems manage supplier relations and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Main Duties
Supervise the complete manufacturing cycle of plastic parts (design tooling injection and industrialization)
Lead the mechanical design of complex products
Apply and validate functional dimensioning standards
Manage and coordinate supplier activities
Lead a multidisciplinary technical team
Oversee project budgeting and cost control
Use CATIA to open product assemblies and perform dimensional analyses
(Bonus) Apply surface design techniques in CATIA
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (BAC3/ BAC5)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position (plastic parts product design industrialization)
- Strong expertise in plastic part manufacturing processes
Solid experience in mechanical design and functional dimensioning
Proven leadership in managing suppliers and technical teams
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Proficient in CATIA software (dimensional analysis essential; surface design is a plus)
