Position Summary:

We are proud to partner with a renowned Healthcare Services Organization recognized for its excellence in the field. Our client has established a state-of-the-art hospital facility in Libya committed to delivering top-tier healthcare services. They are seeking experienced healthcare professionals with a solid background in hospital settings. Experience in a Cardiac Center will be an added advantage. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Anesthesia & ICU Specialist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing cardiac surgery and critical care management in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for post-operative cardiac patients.

Location: Misrata Libya

Qualifications:

Education:

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Anesthesia.

Fellowship or specialized training in Cardiac Anesthesia or Critical Care is highly desirable.

License & Certification:

Board certification in Anesthesia.

Additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia and ICU care preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting with a high volume of cardiac surgeries.

Demonstrated expertise in managing critically ill cardiac patients in the ICU.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in advanced anesthesia techniques for cardiac surgeries.

Strong knowledge of critical care principles and management of cardiac conditions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to make quick and informed decisions during medical emergencies.
