Job Summary:
Our client is looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to help them turn first-time buyers into loyal customers. Youll plan and manage campaigns build smart automations and make sure every customer touchpoint feels personal and on-brand. Your work will play a key role in increasing repeat purchases growing customer lifetime value and keeping their community engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan write and schedule weekly campaigns across email and WhatsApp.
- Build and optimize automated flows such as: welcome series abandoned cart recovery post-
- purchase recommendations re-engagement / win-back messages
- Create customer segments based on shopping behavior and purchase history.
- Track and report key metrics: open rate click-through rate conversion rate and revenue per
- campaign.
- Work with the graphic designer and photographer to prepare visuals for campaigns.
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure messaging supports the overall experience.
- Regularly test subject lines timing layout and content to improve results.
- Suggest ideas for loyalty and retention campaigns that reflect the brands tone and customer
- needs.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in email and/or WhatsApp marketing ideally in e-commerce.
- Comfortable using tools like Klaviyo Mailchimp Brevo or similar platforms.
- Familiar with WhatsApp Business tools and automations.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for lifestyle and home content.
- Good understanding of segmentation and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Organized independent and able to meet campaign deadlines.
