As a DevOps Engineer in the KubeOps team at Wix youll be specialized in Kubernetes infrastructure management and operations. Youll be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our Kubernetes ecosystem at scale. You will:
Design implement and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters on AWS
Architect and maintain highly available and resilient Kubernetes infrastructures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective cloud solutions
Manage infrastructure of Kubernetes from different flavors on top of AWS cloud at scale.
Use your expertise in Linux and networking fundamentals to enhance system performance security and reliability
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in deployment processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and services
Qualifications :
5 years of experience working in live production systems
3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes as a cluster administrator
Proficiency in Linux and are well-versed in networking fundamentals
Proven experience with AWS particularly EKS
Strong knowledge of provisioning and configuration management systems (e.g. Terraform Ansible Chef etc.)
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python and Bash
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
